Day to Day Responsibilities
Maintain SAP Systems
System Maintenance and L3 activities of Patching, Performance analysis
Database capacity utilization monitoring
Maintaining complex SAP Landscape, involving multiple New Dimension products, on a cluster environment with HA enablement etc.
Suggest solution which will benefit the clients like System Improvement Plan to increase performance, provide cost benefit etc.
Resolve critical and high priority incident
Carry on activities like Database upgrades, patching etc.
Installation planning and installation
Restore and database recovery in case of a disaster
Maintain and create support documentation
People Managed: None.
Excellent communication written verbal
Should have a working experience of 4 5 Years , on production support
Should be open for working in shifts timings.
Travel shouldn’t be a constraint
