The Role

Capgemini Financial Services requires a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the Digital Cutomer Experience (DCX) practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support definition of campaigns in close collaboration with business segments
  • Implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create mailings and landing pages based on business input
  • Administrate & maintain the system; ensure effective troubleshooting

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience in implementing salesforce projects.
  • Experience in MarketingCloud configuration, customisation and integration with 3rd parties
  • Experience working with MarketingCloud Integration & data migration mechanisms
  • Working experience with salesforce sales, service & marketing cloud
  • Preferably certified
