YOUR JOB:

  • Data Driven Digital Marketing Expert supporting the clients marketing team on the creation of automated marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate with a team of other Marketers and Sales managers, Salesforce Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end Marketing Automation and Digital marketing solutions

  • Ensure GDPR compliance

  • Build audiences and segments, design multi-step digital customer journeys

  • Provide detailed results analysis and reporting and estimate campaign ROI

  • Create and maintain overall campaign planning and campaign budget management

  • Identify and develop improvements to customer journeys and processes based on previous results analysis

  • Educate marketing teams on how to work in a data-driven way and how to leverage the platform to do so

  • Communicate and align with external agencies and internal stakeholders

  • Uphold and improve branding guidelines and standards

  • Share lessons learned and be part of our Salesforce community.

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

YOUR PASSPORT:

  • 2-4 years of experience working as a digital marketer with a focus on Data Driven Marketing

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is a plus.

  • Experience with audience segmentation, customer journeys, and marketing automation tools

  • Experience with data analysis and tools used for this purpose (f.e. Power BI) to do useful reporting

  • Willing to work Agile or hybrid, knowledge of these is an advantage

  • Team player with efficient communication skills

  • Intellectual curiosity with strong learning ability focussing on the development

  • Keen to work in an international environment

  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
