Job Description


The basic responsibilities include the following but not limited to Working with stakeholders and CRM squad s to execute business priorities

Reviewing and mapping data from clients to Salesforce CRM Overall  Collaborate with other business unit teams and source systems databases to identify and resolve data discrepancies as needed

Handling data analysis and correlation to ensure correct client identity and critical information is being loaded into Salesforce CRM Coordinating validation and testing efforts with stakeholders and CRM squad s Administering Salesforce configuration to provide visibility to client hiring manager Automating implementation and testing processes where applicable Fixing and enhancing the implementation process and Salesforce CRM as needed


o Take ownership of all Salesforce configuration development and changes required to implement stories

o Provide business stakeholders with daily updates based on any ad hoc and scheduled reporting needs

o Transform load and validate the data required to be imported into Salesforce

o Perform necessary Salesforce data validation and write execute queries

o Fix any defects and items which do not meet the acceptance criteria of the story or epic

o Automate any manual processes and ensure automated unit test and functional tests are written for any code added

o Provide production support and timely triage fix of feat
