Salesforce Developer for Global Insurance Client

Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast with technological developments on the Salesforce platform and complementary products
  • Independently work on the tasks assigned and help juniors technically in the team
  • Develop and test the functionality end to end
  • Ensure that the delivery timelines are met
  • Accountable for the quality of the product delivered

Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in administration and development of Customer / Partner Community Cloud Functionality
  • 3+ years of experience in administration and development of Sales Cloud Functionality
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
  • Experience in designing and developing picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, custom APEX, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
  • Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports
  • In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com
  • Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I.  Platform Developer II a bonus)
  • Lightning component development, Lightning design development
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
  • Have worked within an Agile development team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Native Japanese skill
  • English conversation skill is nice to have. Not mandatory.
