Responsibilities
- Keep abreast with technological developments on the Salesforce platform and complementary products
- Independently work on the tasks assigned and help juniors technically in the team
- Develop and test the functionality end to end
- Ensure that the delivery timelines are met
- Accountable for the quality of the product delivered
Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in administration and development of Customer / Partner Community Cloud Functionality
- 3+ years of experience in administration and development of Sales Cloud Functionality
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including modification of standard objects and fields and creation of custom objects and fields
- Experience in designing and developing picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, custom APEX, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports
- In depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com
- Current Salesforce certifications (e.g. App Builder, Platform Developer I. Platform Developer II a bonus)
- Lightning component development, Lightning design development
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
- Have worked within an Agile development team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Native Japanese skill
- English conversation skill is nice to have. Not mandatory.
