Detailed Description
of Duties:

 • Involve Major Incident management resolution, initiate Technology
and management bridges

 • Track
progress of Major Incidents & communicate resolution to stakeholders &

• Assess Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/Problem
Management processes & recommend improvements

 • Review,
plan and track progress of defect resolution within the RCA and Problem
Management processes

• Validating Production Readiness

Validating Post Deployment Checkouts

• Design and develop custom code for data
migration and integration.

• Troubleshoot environment configuration issues
Assess performance bottlenecks of the implementation

SOQL,SOSL,VisualForcePages/Components, Apex WebServices, AJAX, Workflow &
Approvals, Reports & Dashboards, Case Management Automation, Custom Objects
