What will you do?

 

CVE team looking for a person on C1 grade who could take the position of Poland Client Visit Experience Manager.

  • Taking responsibility for Client Visit Experience (CVE) program implementation in Poland Working towards full CVE program alignment across BSv locations (Poland, India, Guatemala)
  • Working together with the CVE program management team on effective process change
  • Taking responsibility for the success of every client visit to Business Services and Cloud Infrastructure Services in Poland, by:
  • Ensuring process discipline for clients’ visits
  • Being intermediary between engagements (delivery) and sales team and a link between what client would like to buy and what we can deliver as Capgemini
  • Effectively managing multiple and often contradictory interests towards win-win solutions
  • Being proactive in discussions with sales teams, bid managers: lead calls, propose content for visits
  • Being able to effectively develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties
  • Working together with the CVE program management team on effective process change
  • Work with Capgemini engagements and client teams to:

 

– define a future state vision for the cross-channel customer experience, and developing strategies aligned to that vision.

– understand/define/refine the customer segments and develops "treatment", based on insight into customer behaviors and propensities. Translate treatments into business rules that define how each type of interaction should be handled for each customer segment.

– Make the communication pervasive at every level of the organization.

– Promote the best client experience to assure a positive output for our sales teams

– Being able to effectively develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties – regarding contracts, budgets, high-grade communication, price negotiations, procedures and new vendors, negotiations with CRES and IT teams

– Point of escalations

– Work with local management to increase their knowledge of key information regarding the Capgemini business which is a key foundation for a better output of their presentations to clients.

 

Who will you be working with?

 

Client Visit Experience (CVE) team provides dedicated support to Capgemini business development in the domains of content, branding, and logistics. The support varies in scope, and ranges from creating and developing materials to coordinating client visit logistics.
Content – Our experience is key to create to-the-point and customized visit agendas based on specific client’s requirements as well as digital content in the form of mobile applications.
Branding – Some of our materials include visit agendas and briefs, posters and brochures, welcome packs and standees to enhance the client’s visit experience.
Logistics – Our logistics support includes arranging transportations to and from our delivery centers, making dinner reservations, and planning events related to business and leisure.
Everything we do serves the purpose of engaging our clients and making their visit experience the best it can be.
