Job description

This is a direct sales Projects & Consulting Business role – Individual Contributor role with Yearly revenue ownership – sales -revenue achievement.
Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.
Should be able to engage C level executives.
Should have good understanding of the P&C industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM) market in south (Bangalore).
Should be a good communicator with articulative skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
He should have been the primary owner -Forecast owner- of the numbers in his previous sales roles.
Should be a go getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
Should have managed large P&C accounts sales.
Industry Knowledge (at least one of them is essential – Automotive, CPRD, Manufacturing.
