Sales Manager – Senior Manager -Bangalore
1. This is a direct sales Projects & Consulting Business) role (Individual Contributor role) with Yearly revenue ownership – sales (revenue) achievement.
2. Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.
3. Should be able to engage C level executives.
4. Should have good understanding of the P&C industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM) market in south (Bangalore).
5. Should be a good communicator with articulative skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
6. He should have been the primary owner (Forecast owner) of the numbers in his previous sales roles.
7. Should be a go getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
8. Should have managed large P&C accounts sales.
9. Industry Knowledge (at least one of them is essential – Automotive, CPRD, Manufacturing)
