Strategic Deal Maker, Big Dealer
Develops and closes large deals that involve a range of group services, cross-discipline and multiple business units. Leverages complex and cross-discipline solutions for clients that create a long-term business relationship and guarantee sustainable and individual quota exceeding development. Drives the identification and generation of major Sales opportunities and is the Opportunity lead for significant size pursuits. Presents bold solutions and services internally and to the client. Understands the psychology of buying and knows how to persuade the client to organization to commit to a major engagement.
Key responsibilities:
•Overall responsible for a large opportunity along the collaborative selling Sales process until closing
•Develop trusted relationships with different stakeholders at the client
•Take lead in Sales strategy, deal making and closing major opportunities
•Build and leverage a network of client relationship relevant for the deal
•Think big in identifying and evaluating the opportunity
•Understand the internal approval processes for large deals
•Address complex client issues involving interactions up to executive level and master meetings and negotiations techniques
•Understand that clients buy from people and be at ease in persuading clients on all levels (rational, political and emotional)
Required Experience:10 years in Sales profession
