SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Consultant
An overview for the role
If you are an SAP Analytics Cloud Planning consultant and are looking to make a difference and grow, then this is a unique opportunity to join our SAP CPM team and play an active part in the success and growth of our SAC Planning capability.
In this role, you will be working alongside other highly motivated and collaborative individuals who, like you, are passionate about planning and analytics. You will be responsible for working in solution architecting, design and configuration, where you will bring your expertise and knowledge in SAC to deliver innovative, high-quality planning solutions to help our clients solve diverse business scenarios.
In addition to this, you will have full control of your career development and will be exposed to multiple training and learning opportunities, both from an SAP perspective as well as soft skills. Outside of dedicated training and certifications, at the CPM team, you will put your creativity and proactivity into practice, by developing planning solutions in our dedicated demo systems to explore the latest features of SAC and stay up to date. Furthermore, you will also be involved in the development of our SAC capabilities by actively sharing your knowledge and expertise with our junior team members.
⦁ Working within a broader Capgemini and client team, deliver end-to-end planning and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud
⦁ Apply design thinking concepts in solution blueprint and be accountable for the functional design and integration
⦁ Advise the client, and influence key business stakeholders, with your knowledge and expertise in SAC planning and analytic functionalities and best practices
⦁ Active role in technical/functional configuration activities from build until solution go-live and handover to support
⦁ Be part of the team, advise and, if required, manage a multi-supplier eco-system during projects
⦁ Display strong written and verbal communications skills that can influence at all levels, including team members working remotely
⦁ Work on RFP’s, sales bids and pre-sales activities, working closely with senior management to help strengthen the practice
⦁ Stay current, learning and developing SAP skills aligned with new technology/functionalities as it is released

Our consultants have deep functional and technical capability as a baseline that allows to advise and deliver planning solutions based on best practice business processes and typical changes and benefits enabled by new technology.
Our SAP CPM capability is well established and well connected, we work together with other teams in the SAP practice and within Capgemini (Advisory, Insights & Data, Business Services, Invent, etc.) to deliver projects to a broad and varied client base across multiple industry sectors including Utilities, Aerospace and Defence, Consumer Products, Retail and National Government.

⦁ Enthusiastic about inspiring and developing junior talent, share your knowledge and experience within the team and wider SAP practice
⦁ Configuration and implementation experience of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning with good understanding on the integration between SAC and other systems like S/4HANA, BW and BPC
⦁ Functional experience in financial, workforce and/or driver-based planning and their typical business processes
⦁ Experience using SAP BPC (Embedded or Classic), SAP BW or similar EPM and analytics tools is highly advantageous
