Risk, Regulatory and Compliance (RRC) Lead


Role: Risk, Regulatory and Compliance (RRC) Lead
Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore

The candidate will have to demonstrate a strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Financial Risk Management Strategy, Process and Frameworks at Global Banks
• Market Risk and Counterparty Risk. Liquidity Risk/ALM 
• Credit Risk In the Banking Book
• Basel II, III and IV regulations on above areas 
• Stress Testing (e.g. CCAR, EBA, AQR) 
• Model Development and Validations 
• Risk Control and Operations 
• Financial Crime, AML, Fraud Prevention
• Risk and Fraud Analytics including usage of Data Science and Machine Learning
• Financial and Regulatory Reporting
• Expertise in the implementation of one or more of the following leading Risk / AML packages is a pre requisite (Actimize, Axiom, SAS, Moody’s,) 
In addition you must be able to apply these skills within a consulting environment. We are specifically seeking candidates that are able to demonstrate:
• Deep Industry Expertise: Experience working within the Banking sector with experience in managing the key drivers for change in Retail Banking/Corporate Banking/Investment Banking
• Experience of working in implementations across the risk life cycle and the compliance process
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, recent happenings and their functional impacts. Eg: Basel, IFRS9, CCAR, FRTB, GDPR, MIFID and the impact on Risk and other functions (e.g. Data, Risk Policy, etc) 
• Risk Data, Reporting and Aggregation: In depth specialist knowledge within risk data, reporting and risk aggregation methodologies (e.g. BCBS239, CRD IV, FINREP/ COREP, MAS etc). 
• Solution Development: Ability to conceptualize strategic and tactical solutions for current and future challenges faced by key banking clients based on own appreciation, industry experience, exposure and network learnings 
• Ability to Lead Delivery of Change: Hands on experience of managing the key challenges driving the change strategy agenda within Banking. This should include the impacts on processes, delivery, operating models and business changes. Proven record of delivering engagements within the RRC space
Deep experience in the following activities: 
• Establishing credibility both internally and externally through approach, personal interaction style, knowledge or behavior, support Sales and Pre-Sales processes including front ending customer discussions as SME
• Strong management skills , lead the CoE and drive growth
• Manage people, improve competencies and align team to business needs
• Core skills in PowerPoint and Excel, process flow mapping
