Position: Retail AEM – Engagement Manager(1023814)
Project Location: Malvern, PA / Remote

Job Responsibilities

•    Managing multiple projects across all phases from initiation scoping planning execution monitoring control right through to closure 
•    Strong project management knowledge and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a calm and effective way 
•    Planning and executing detailed project management and delivery plans ensuring successful delivery monitoring cost quality and client satisfaction 
•    Working with and on projects using Adobe Experience Manager Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Marketo etc 
•    Communicating client needs to our internal and external developers and coders to ensure we deliver high quality projects that meet and exceed clients expectations 
•    Helping to define and deliver scope schedules resourcing requirements project objectives project deliverables and key target milestones 
•    Communicating client needs to our internal and external developers and coders to ensure we deliver high quality projects that meet and exceed client s expectations 
•    Helping to define and deliver scope schedules resourcing requirements project objectives project deliverables and key target milestones 
•    Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting time management and invoicing 
•    Owning the quality control team communication client engagement risk identification and mitigation processes 
•    Supporting client workshops gathering requirements and working closely with the technical and marketing teams 
•    Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting time management and invoicing 
•    Understanding business KPIs and mapping to functional technical use cases and solutions to help customers meet their objectives 
•    Should have Marketing experience creation customer journey design and should have experience in formulating broad level marketing solutions 
•    Ability to articulate the distinct marketing platforms and solutions MarTech platforms solution consideration data analytics campaign strategy execution staffing approach to measure ROI in a consultative manner to the client 

SKILLS EXPERIENCE 
•    Experience in delivering large programs with multiple teams vendors across several LOBs Enterprise wide programs 
•    6 years of working in Digital marketing programs 
•    Top notch program management reporting delivery leadership people management and presentation skills 
•    Should be able to hold a conversation with Executive leadership levels 
•    Strong knowledge of and experience managing projects in Digital Marketing Transformation programs 
•    Preferred Program Platform experience Adobe Stacks Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong ability to understand technical concepts and development process 
•    Proven track record of managing medium and large projects concurrently 
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mind set 
•    Ability to manage on site and remote teams across various time zone
