We are looking out candidates for Reporting and Operations Role in Kolkata location.
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Primary skills required:
- MIS Reporting experience
- Experience in HR Reporting would be added advantage
- Ability to work independently and guide the team members
- Analytical mind-set & attention to details
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should be flexible with the working hours
- Willing to take additional roles and responsibilities as and when required
- Quick learner and adaptability of working in dynamic environment
- Experience in Reporting Tools like Excel skills
- HRO related process experience
- Responsible for the review and publishing of daily/weekly/monthly reports, Score cards
- Ensuring reports are published on the reporting interface like Sharepoint.
- Develops appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing and presenting data in case of new KPIs, Metrics and periodic review of the existing KPIs and metrics, related DTPs.
- Ensure maintenance of SharePoint – Ensure that the folders are in proper order and regular archiving of the data as per client specifications.
- Ensure preparation, validation and periodic update of process documents (DTPs) at regular intervals.
Contribute in continuous process improvement initiatives.
