Why this role?
Oversees service level reporting; contractual report delivery; as well as continual audits to ensure data quality and adherence to approved processes
⦁ Ensure that SLAs are defined, agreed, documented, measured, reviewed
⦁ Understand scope of delivered services usually described in contract statements
⦁ Validate Service Level Accuracy and Achievements presented by the Service Towers
⦁ Understand scope of services delivered by each Service Towers
⦁ Quality documentation and report writing ability.
⦁ Excellent documentation and report writing ability
⦁ Excellent communication skills
⦁ Well-motivated team player with lots of drive and enthusiasm
⦁ The ability to use initiative, whilst working on their own with minimum supervision
⦁ Excellent influential and organizational skills
⦁ Ability to work under pressure

⦁ Excellent working knowledge of Visual Basic is essential
⦁ Advanced working knowledge of Excel is essential
⦁ Computer systems knowledge, integration, and architecture concepts
⦁ Experience in various reporting techniques supported by understanding of statistics and quality management concepts.
⦁ Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of the global business process
⦁ Understanding of Service Management Framework
⦁ Ability of managing virtual teams to deliver highly accurate data sources and reports
