- Remote Desktop Support Competencies Required Desktop Engineer
- Experience in Installing Troubleshooting Windows OS issues
- Understanding of Registry Know how on Group Policies
- Understanding of Windows Server OS and Active Directory Structure
- Understanding of scripting troubleshooting issues related to it Powershell
- Understanding of basic Citrix
- Xendesktop and Virtual Machine Management using Citrix Director
- Experience in creating print queues and troubleshooting Good in terms of logical approach towards troubleshooting issues related to Operating Systems and User Applications
