Job Role: Release Management_2-4 Years_ Bangalore

Role Responsibilities:

Well versed in ITIL framework worked on Incident Change Release and Problem Management Process

Drive actions that increase the percentage of Releases that are implemented correctly first time

Drive actions that minimize disruption to our customer s environments due to Changes Release

Ensure that Change Implementation risk is understood and mitigated to increase the likelihood of successful implementation at first attempt

Ensure that all Releases are managed as planned within the timescales agreed with the Project Owners

Ensure high quality of all deliverables relating to the business area

Exercise the process controls placed and identify deviations if any

Create and maintain release documentation

Set up review meetings review the projects and follow up on the shortcomings

Ensure continuous improvement of processes activities within the functional area

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill

Demonstrated ability to work with strict attention to detail

Working experience into Change Release Management

Experience of handling RFC Knowledge of SLA and KPIs

Knowledge of ITIL Process framework, ITIL Foundation Certification recommended
