You’ll work as part of the Recruitment leadership team and interact closely with the HR Director to continually define and implement best practice strategies for the UK hiring teams. You’ll interface with a large numbers of business stakeholders and continually look to improve the service being delivered to them via our RPO partner solution.
As a Recruitment Manager you’ll be involved in driving recruiting effectiveness across a specific market unit in Capgemini. You’ll focus on providing a best in class recruitment service, building excellent relationships with business stakeholders and enabling success by attracting people from challenging tech marketplaces. Equally important, is an ability to optimise the success of the RPO by identifying barriers to their delivery and acting to remove them in collaboration with your business stakeholders.
You’ll improve recruitment delivery into the business. This will involve analysing and presenting market data to report trends, advising colleagues on recruitment best practice, driving collaborative behaviours across the business, working as a mentor to your recruitment colleagues, advocating an inclusive approach to hiring, training recruiters and hiring managers on effective hiring techniques and much more. This is not a hands-on role, so you won’t be sourcing candidates. Instead you’ll bring your knowledge and examples of recruiting, to inform decisions and to help you guide the RPO service to the most effective delivery.
- Recruitment thought leadership and a data focussed approach
- Mentoring, coaching and motivating recruitment teams
- A background in internal or agency recruitment…or both!
- A sound understanding of the UK technology labour market (preferably development and/or DevOps).
- A creative approach to recruitment challenges
- An understanding of the RPO model of recruitment delivery and preferably some knowledge working with RPO partners
- An appreciation of the value of stakeholder relationships and the ability to build them effectively

At Capgemini, we help organisations across the world become more agile, more competitive and more successful. Working closely with each other, and with our clients, we get under the skin of businesses and to the heart of their goals. You will too.
Capgemini positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity. We foster an inclusive culture that enables everyone to achieve their full potential and enjoy a fulfilling career with us. Our comprehensive flexible benefits package and lifestyle policies enable our employees to balance their individual, family and work-life needs
We want to make sure that we find the right people to work in our teams, and we know that a traditional working week isn’t necessarily right for everyone. So we’d love to hear from you if you feel you’re a great fit for this role, and would like to work flexibly. As an example, some of our team members work four days a week, but travel across the UK during their working days. Or you might prefer to work three days a week (in a job share scenario) with travel limited to a certain radius. If you are the right person for this role, we’ll find the right working approach for you.
