Recruiter – Leadership Hiring Team

Job Responsibilities

  • 8 – 14 years overall recruiting experience in Leadership hiring.
  • Prior experience working in Executive Search firms is desirable.
  • Prior work experience in Tier 1 IT Services firms is preferred and proven experience in hiring new age technical roles is mandatory.
  • Partner with Senior stakeholders / BU leadership team to drive the hiring process.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and perform thorough screening to assess talent.
  • Independently conduct talent research, talent mapping and build strong professional relationships with the leadership talent.
  • Act as an advisory to BU leadership in the areas of compensation, availability of talent and providing alternate options with respect to demand fulfillment.
  • Manage complete cycle of recruiting to provide best experience for both candidate and the hiring manager.
