Who are we looking for?

•Minimum three years of experience in the R2R area
•Knowledge of Fixed assets transactions
•Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
•Ability to analyze end to end processes
•Good knowledge of MS Office
•Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
•Ability to work under time pressure
•Very good customer service skills and client-focused attitude
•Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks


What will you do?

We are looking for a candidate who would like to join our Asset Accounting team to help us in daily Fixed Asset related activities, as well as in process period end and FA closing for Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden and Italy.

Main responsibilities are:
– running FA settlements; transferring Assets under Construction to final assets; asset additions (intercompany), transfers, retirements, write offs;
– period end related activities, e.g. depreciation runs, settlements, reconciliation of FI-AA to GL;
– managing assets related queries;
–  direct contact with Client;
–  ad hoc tasks;
– daily support to Team Leader and Manager.

The scope involved covers in general processes:  General Ledger, Cash management and Banking, Master Data Accounts Payable, Payment Team.
