• Leading the GL & Reconciliation function within R2R tower
• Handling team of 5-6 resources
• Responsible for reviewing the Month close activities and ensure they are completed within the specified Timelines and accuracy
• Reviewing the Balance sheet Reconciliations and ensuring the same completed within specified timelines and accuracy
• Reviewing the SOX control testing prepared by Team for related functions
• Monthly SLA reporting for related functions
• Handling Team related matters and reporting on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
Must have:- Strong R2R domain knowledge and at least 3 years of people management role.

• Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal) to lead client calls and handle escalations, if any
• Good Interpersonal skills
