Job Description

  • This role will be part of the Standard Chartered HR Transformation team and will report into the HR Service Delivery Design Lead. Need to have good experience in Peoplesoft or Successfactor.  Working within HR Service Delivery Design team, this role will be responsible for analysing and translating multiple sources of information into business solutions and process improvement recommendations.
  • This role will interact regularly with the rest of the HR Service Delivery Management team, Programme Manager, the wider COO HR team, Centres of Excellence (COEs), Regional Heads of HR and the HR for HR community as key stakeholders. In addition, this role will also work closely with the bank technology team and external partners to ensure and influence the implementation of the highest process workflows standards and customer experience.
  • The chosen candidate will apply their expertise in analysing data to discover process inefficiencies and insights, create current business process flows and problem statements, and using data to capture the financial and non-financial impact of current HR operating model. He / She will coordinate business process (re)design activities within HR Service Delivery Modernisation Programme.
  • The person will apply their experience of having worked on process transformation, workflow and automation preferably in HR within the Financial Services Industry. The candidate will facilitate workshops, develop and maintain project documentation related to the project implementation and often present them to various audience within the project

Primary Skill

• Understand current organisation and ‘As Is’ global and countries processes and identify ‘To be’ opportunities for changes, balancing operational excellence, regulatory and countries specific requirements

• Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations, employee experience and HR good practice in process solution design across multiple workstreams

• Understand risks, business imperatives and business context when facilitating decision making impacted by the process re-design, create solution options and make recommendations

• Present clear options and recommendations, facilitate decision making and enable clear understanding in key stakeholders of risks, outcomes and trade-offs
