Title: Protegrity ESA Administrator


Job Overview:


incidences of data theft, data loss, and unauthorized or inappropriate use
and disclosure of personal data have resulted in questions relating to the
effective implementation of laws and policies. Data protection is an area of
law that is constantly evolving. But already there are more than 50
regulations worldwide in data privacy space. These regulations outline rules
for handling personally identifiable data, as well restrictions on the
transfer of data between countries and legal entities. To address this need,
Capgemini offers comprehensive data security solutions to our Financial
Services clients. Position is for a senior Protegrity Administrator and
tokenization expert who will lead data security solutions implementation
leveraging Protegrity Data Security platform. Furthermore, the candidate will
collaborate with other practices like testing, infrastructure etc. to jointly
develop data security solutions.


Duties & Responsibilities:


The candidate will be responsible
for leading the deployment and configuration of the Protegrity tool, and
provide support on tool related issues.

As a technical lead, the candidate
will be required to drive design and deployment of Protegrity based
tokenization solution

Have deep technical expertise in
data security technologies, forensic tools, and active defense technologies.

Provides leadership to extend the
organization ability to optimize use of Protegrity data security technologies

Stay current with the data security
technologies and threats and make recommendations for use based on business

Capture and develop best practice
processes and methodologies to assist implementations at customer sites

Engages in peer-to-peer dialogue
with clients about their industry and their situation; be a trusted advisor

Ability to propose solutions,
addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of data
security solutions

Drive Protegrity data security
strategy across the financial services (capital markets, banking, and
insurance). Build strong cross-organizational leadership relationships and
effectively influencing resources across the organization

Works closely with the other
technology architects to ensure that data security is properly provisioned in
their technology domains

Develop data security presentations,
whitepapers, product briefs, and solutions guides that clearly articulate the
value of Capgemini’s offerings

Evangelize and demonstrate our data
security solutions at conferences, tradeshows, to analysts and customers


Skill, Experience & General
information required:


8+ years of experience as a data
security practitioner, and in leading transformations programs managing large
scale IT and system implementations.

Protegrity ESA (Admin skills) or
Admin skills on other similar tokenization tool.

Good understanding of the data
security concepts using tokenization, encryption and masking.

Good experience of Tokenization implementation
using Protegrity data security platform or other similar tools

Experience working with Data
Architecture and Application teams to define data security requirements.

Understand database models &
designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data
dependencies between applications.

Experience working with big data,
cloud solutions, relational DBMS like DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2

Able to communicate clearly and
concisely, both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders

Ability to multitask and work
effective with little supervision; ability to co-ordinate onsite and offsite
resources deliverables/activities; Ability to work with client and manage
their expectations & priorities

Bachelors degree or equivalent in
Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
