Primary Role: Proposal Author

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support DCX Wincenter for end-to-end proposal and response development;
• Liaison with DCX Technical teams for collation of Technical & Solutioning Write-ups / Content ;
• Manage and Maintain standard Proposal Templates, Boilerplate Content, Rate Cards and other requisite templates and content needed for Proposal development;
• Collaborate with Bid Managers and onsite CEM/CSG to manage and anchor RFP/RFIs;
• Build Status reports and participate in meetings to present status updates on ongoing pursuits;
• Moderate Proposal meetings between Pre Sales, CEMs and DCX Teams;
• Research & Develop Market Intelligence Data within DCX;
• Lend Support to develop DCX Collateral like Case Studies and Practice Decks;

A go-getter (and go-giver) with a vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills. The individual must be highly energetic, extroverted and proactive and must be able to collaborate well with different types of roles including Onsite / Offshore Sales, Technical and Delivery teams to collate information required for successful Proposal response development within the stipulated timelines. Highly organized and willing to take ownership of managing a repository of past proposals, collaterals and other documents created as part of Pre-Sales and Proposal development. The individual must be technology savvy and be abreast with emerging Digital technologies across the industry. A natural flair for good technical writing, and should be able to review technical proposals and solution descriptions.;

Required Skills: 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Exemplary writing skills with an ability to write properly-constructed sentences, use punctuation effectively, and be able to proofread and review a business proposal thoroughly for errors, typos and redundancy;
• Have a fervor for Sales and understand the dynamics of Solution Selling;
• Technology savvy and the ability to understand and learn new emerging digital technologies;
• Ability to review technology diagrams and recommend changes if necessary;
• Ability to interact with SMEs in a particular domain and technology space;
• Research oriented with organizational skills to collate and compile information repositories;
• Excellent people skills / interpersonal skills with a good flexible temperament;
• Be highly internet savvy and interested in reading technical white papers and publications;

Software Skills:
• Strong expertise on using MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Some Technical background on: MS Technologies / Java Technologies / Mobile Development ;

Academic & Professional: 

• Must be a University Graduate with good academic record;
• Must be educated with English as the primary language of learning;
• A Graduate Degree in Engineering/Computer Science is a huge plus;
• A Diploma/Certificate Course from a Leading IT/Sales/Computer institute would be desirable;
• A Management/MBA degree in Sales and Marketing would be nice to have;

Required Experience:

• Ideal Profile should have between 7 to 10 Years of IT Industry Experience;
• Strong and relevant Pre-Sales & Business Development experience from established IT Services and Software Product Development organizations;
• Must have strong exposure to client interaction across US, UK and other geographies;
• Experience must include managing end-to-end Pre Sales and Proposal Development process;
