Title: Project Manager (Cards Issuing Domain) 
Location: Columbus, OH 43219 
Position: Full time

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage key Cards Issuing domain projects. 

Required Skills

  • Coordinate internal resources, customers and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Relevant working experience and exposure on a Cards Processing Platform
  • Proven Business Functions expertise in Cards issuing domain
  • Participate in Business Requirement assessment and document business processes, flows, use cases and business requirements and help in solution development and deployment
  • Work in cross functional team environment and liaise between the development / testing teams and the client in order to cascade the requirements
  • Defining the analysis approach for projects, ensuring they meet Capgemini and customer needs for successful delivery
  • Interact with business/SMEs/Technical stakeholders, steer workshop for requirement elicitation, system impact analysis
  • Articulate and facilitate conversations with business owners and delivery/technical teams.

  • Excellent Customer Management and Communication skills, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
  • Prior experience of working in card issuing environment 
  • Experience of working in an Agile Environment
