Tealeaf Analyst.

Chicago, IL.



Job responsibilities:


•             Provide
end to end tealeaf infrastructure support.

•             Proactively
find opportunities by analyzing session activities, customer feedback to
provide meaningful insights for executive reporting.

•             Generate
value by workings with clients to identify key events and segments for tealeaf

•             Monitoring
and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site
issues that are adversely impacting conversion.

•             Creating
alerts, scorecards, reports, and dashboards to support growing business needs.

•             Train
end users on tealeaf.

•             Experience
in Site catalyst, Dynatrace tools is a plus Strong problem solving and
analytical skills, proactive and go-getter.

•             Good
experience working in an e-commerce environment and required 2 yrs in
performing Tealeaf implementation.
