Job Responsibilities

Project Management officer(PMO) 2years-4years Bangalore 

Job Description 

• Intergroup, intercompany and local contractor invoicing and payments
• customer invoicing, internal recharging, margin handling
• Maintain invoice, recharges and margin related details between different entities like Sweden, Finland, FS etc

Primary skill(must have) 

  •  Create iSoWs for internal recharges
  •  Approve timesheets of all team members in the program (Approximately 100 FTEs)
  •  Chase timesheet defaulters during the month end to avoid delay in invoicing
  •  Keep answering queries that comes from Finance team, assist them in verifying the invoice generated in the month end and any queries/issues from the past

Secondary skill(good to have)

  • Good in Excel
