Job Location: Milwaukee, WI


The candidate should have 10 (Plus) years of experience in program
& project management roles. Should have been responsible for overall Application Development
Program including active projects and new initiatives. Assure that the program follows defined processes, tools and
templates to achieve process standardization and continuous improvement. Drive stakeholder management, Monthly Steering committee
meetings. A team player _ should be able to work with multiple tower
leads. Focus on end_to_end process adherence. Should be able to own the Governance process to facilitate
prioritization of requirements and allocation of resources. Should be able to multitask and manage multiple Programs in an environment with rapidly changing priorities while
still producing high quality deliverables on time.the candidate should have a valid visa to work in the US
