Program Director

Service Delivery:

  • Responsible for managing the client engagement portfolio with focus on complex engagements (multiple projects with different contract types) in Malaysia
  • Responsible, at account level, for delivery quality, financial performance of all delivery engagements, customer satisfaction and effective management of delivery-related risks and issues
  • Monitor and deliver programs as per SOW/contract and meet the defined financial and business KPIs of the contract
  • Govern delivery performance with engagement managers / delivery executives
  • Identify, manage and resolve project risks and issues at both strategic and tactical level and create visibility and reporting for these at the SEA Business Unit level.
  • Track all contractual obligations and ensure that these are met including the Capgemini internal obligations (Audits, Timesheets, Invoicing, etc.)
  • Oversees the allocation and availability of Capgemini resources to progress the project to the conclusion and works closely with Service Line leads to achieve the rightsizing


Client Engagement:

  • Responsible for client engagement; building relationships with key client contacts and growing Capgemini share/volume of business within the account
  • Ability to effectively manage and coordinate crisis situations, driving internal resolution activity and managing client engagement
  • Thought leadership to solve the key client’s most critical business needs in relation to operational challenges and issues


Account Management:

  • Responsible to plan and conduct quality reviews and internal audits to achieve significant coverage across the portfolio in every year of operation
  • Participate in the Account Business Review and executive steering committee
  • Ensure profitability of delivery through delivery productivity improvement, delivery excellence, management of change requests and extensions, contracts renewals and optimization of organic growth opportunities
  • Build a community of engagement managers to bring one view of portfolio/account
  • Drive innovation and continuous service improvements



  • Participate in account strategic plan definition & implementation
  • Lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation
  • Shape new deals with the account manager



·       15-20 years in IT or ICT experience

·       Energy and Utilities industry experience is a mandatory

·       10 years of experience leading large scale and complex system integration and application development programs


6-8 Years of Program and Portfolio Management (Account Delivery) experience managing GLCs in Malaysia
