Job Description


  • Procurement Process – Subject Matter Expert
  • First point of Contact for all the process related queries
  • Allocation of activity with the teams in supervision
  • Preparation of DTP’s and Maintenance
  • Training team on the process and sharing best practices
  • To work with team on Shopping Cart or PR conversion to PO
  • Managing RFP and Sourcing events
  • Guide team on Vendor Master Data activity and impact in compliance
  • Back up for the team lead whenever required
  • Maintain contracts in the contract management tool as per the agreed SLA
  • Transmits POs to suppliers and Expedites delivery when needed/requested
  • Manages goods/services claims and escalation point for customer queries
  • Maintenance of Material Master, Supply Data, Price Information & Info Records
  • Amends or closes Purchase Orders, Reporting activity
  • Experience in managing invoice blocks (price blocks and quantity blocks)
  • Handle queries received from Business Requestors, Suppliers, Procurement Managers and from Accounts payable
  • Execute SOBO – Shopping on behalf of requestors by raising shopping cart or Purchase Requisition in the SRM tool
  • Execute ROBO- Goods receipt on behalf of requestors by timely creating the Goods receipt in the ERP/SRM tool
  • Create reports on Open PO, Blanket PO expiration report, Contract’s Expiration report and other reports in the required format with good quality
  • Maintain updated records on processed transactions
  • Files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
