Process Consultant

Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

                                                   

What do you need to start?

  • Proactive, open and can-do approach
  • Prioritization and task management skills
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Experience in management and delivery of Major Incident Management
  • Hands-on experience in one of the processes: Problem, Change or Incident.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with support teams

It’s not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Gaining full competency in Problem, Incident, Change Manager and MIM role
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them to functional requirements, working directly with delivery teams, service providers, customers 
  • Building customer relationships by delivering above client expectations on assigned deliverables
  • Bringing Service Management expertise and best practices including training and mentoring, act as a key contributor in complex or critical customer environment
