Problem Manager: We are looking for you to strengthen our team!

Capgemini Finland is looking for a Problem Manager to strengthen our Process Team in Capgemini Finland. You should be interested in processes and really believe that ITIL processes make life easier!

The Problem Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Problems. You will be part of our Client Team and you work daily with other Process Managers and Operational Delivery Manager. Problem Manager plays one of the key roles in an account and you have a good opportunity to develop problem process together with the client and the team.

Problem Manager’s role includes:

  • Overall responsibility of Problem life cycle
  • Analyzing the cause of reoccurring incidents
  • Co-operation with the client Problem Manager, process managers and technical teams
  • Leading proactive and reactive Problem Management
  • Arranging Problem Management training for the organization
  • Continuous development of the Problem Management process together with the client 

You will also carry out SLA reporting.

The role requires fluency in both Finnish and English, Finnish citizenship, as well as the ability to pass a background security check. With strong expertise in your domain, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you feel right at home with multicultural and international environment. As an important player in the team, you aim to provide excellent customer service by communicating difficult concepts clearly and by being flexible to changes. You also have good cooperation, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, but you are able to work independently, too. You have suitable Bachelor degree or you are at the final stages of your studies. Good attitude and genuine interest in ITIL processes is a must!
