Job Description

  • Leading operations support to Presales Unit through Opportunity Sales cycle Suggesting and executing Proactive improvements on automation self service transformation of Operation activities
  • Proactively tracking and maintaining higher utilization of presales team
  • Coordinating multiple teams for Go to Market and New initiatives discussion on weekly basis
  • Creating and maintaining multiple Sales dashboards opportunity trackers and conducting insightful analysis on regular basis SO creation
  • Coordinating Opportunity assessments calls with Sales Leadership
  • Solving team members queries and handling escalations wherever necessary and managing workflow of resources across multiple teams
  • Liaising with Resource Management Group Service Line Global Business Line team on the tagging requests and ensure timely closure on the same
  • Liaising with Finance team for Finance reports Task creations requests code creation etc Leverage best Practices across other Operations teams on regular basis
  • Leverage SharePoint tool to demonstrate live dashboards
  • Reporting Forecast reports for Business Unit Operations Dashboard for Sales Summary
  • Win Loss Analysis Audit BD Budget Actuals Feedback Survey etc
  • Weekly opportunity reports and Adhoc reporting as per business requirements
