Job Responsibilities

Resource Management
* Staffing
* Resource On-boarding and Off-boarding
* Space Management
Invoicing related activities
* Maintain monthly FO expense/ Labour invoices – validation, justification and related follow ups.
* Manage weekly time entries in Client systems (SAP, Clarity etc.) for all resources
All engagement level reports (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly) and any Ad-hoc requirements
Coordinate client visits and provide administrative/ operational support
Admin/Ad-hoc activities:
* Inventory Management (Project specific softwares, laptops etc).
* Travel Arrangements.
* Organizing Client Visits.
* Team Events.
* Team Building activities
Time & Cost Management:
* Providing various detailed analysis reports to Leadership team that helps in the optimal utilization of resources. Ensuring accuracy by making follow-ups and corrections


Experience: 4 to 6 years
