· At least 4-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using PowerBI and advanced Excel skills. Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a wide variety of audiences, possess strong written and oral communications skills.
· Experience in PowerBI (preferable) and advanced Excel knowledge. VBA experience will be preferred.
· Database experience of Microsoft Access & SQL (preferred).
· Willingness to learn new software skills is a prime requisite
· Experience in R/ Python will be an added advantage
Desired candidate profile
· Creating dashboards in PowerBI and MS Excel (using Pivots and Power Pivots preferably)
· Analyze or oversee analysis of data to bring out useful insights for various work streams.
· Performing root-cause analysis if data issues are identified.
· Synthesize data analysis into clear, relevant, and visually appealing materials.
· Identify and prepare data content for internal communications and presentations.
