PMO Analyst – London

The focus of your role

Capgemini Financial Services have a number of exciting opportunities working in the PMO for some of our most prestigious insurance and banking clients.  We’re keen hear from candidates with all levels of experience.  All roles are based in London.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Project and Programme Manager to track and report on progress
  • Track project spend, review the project budget including timely analysis and forecasting
  • Ensure the governance framework for each project has been followed
  • Assist in maintaining of project plans
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Programme Manager in key meetings
  • Create status reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure documents are complete, current, and appropriately configured
  • Ensure the approach across project/programme is consistent
  • Minimise exposure and risk on projects
  • Ensure all project / programme governance is adhered to and enforce project standards
  • Manage regular reports on progress is communicated to the stakeholders
  • Track project spend, review the project budget including timely analysis and forecasting
  • Periodic review of progress, risk, issues and dependencies in with steering group and executive sponsorship
  • Ensure documents are complete, current, and appropriately configured

What you’ll bring

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication both verbal and in writing
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to think about financial services (banking or insurance) industry matters and communicate clearly in non-jargon, to bring best practices as well as to deliver.
  • Collaborative and flexible, with the ability to connect with our culture as well as our clients quickly
  • Experience of working on medium and large change & transformation programs in business or IT
  • Current or recent Insurance or banking  domain experience
  • Business change and/or technology background
