Job Description

  • Attending management reviews, capturing key action items, their circulation and tracking to closure
  • Supporting Global Infra Office in formulating policies, defining processes and helping infra teams achieve excellence in delivering services using these well-defined processes
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Monitoring effectiveness of IT management processes and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Creating value stream mapping, identifying bottlenecks and applying Lean principles for transforming them into efficient and effective processes
  • Coordinating with service teams and helping Global Infra Office in creating integrated approach/processes involving multiple components of infrastructure service. All administrative & logical support to BU head & Senior leaders.
