Job Description

  1. Plan Change:
    1. Create leadership alignment report – Define change initiatives based on gaps identified
    2. Perform stakeholder mapping & analysis
    3. Define change management strategy
    4. Assist in assessing and classifying the impacts of change
    5. Understand the target operating model, structure, roles and responsibilities
    6. Establish change governance structure
  2. Manage Change:
    1. Identify risks and mitigation actions that may hinder smooth KT
    2. Assist in the assessment of change readiness in the impacted stakeholder groups
    3. Draft appropriate communication and ensure delivery through right channels
    4. Increase awareness and ensure team’s alignment to the target operating model and ways of working
    5. Foster partnership culture between onshore n offshore with open and transparent communication
    6. Coach and prepare individual leads to facilitate alignment with project objectives
  3. Manage Communications & Training
    1. Define communication plan
  1. Manage communications across the People Supply Chain community including the organization of face to face events, regular community calls and managing the contents of a communications platform/website
  2. Assessing group training materials fit for use across the Europe SBU
  3. Facilitating train the trainer approach to roll out training across the Europe SBU
  1. Handover:
    1. Assist in the assessment of change readiness in the impacted stakeholder groups
    2. Ensure the offshore managers are equipped to sustain change
    3. Assist in post-transition review
