Job Responsibilities

• Financial control: expenses, bookings, procurement
• Contracting: ISOW contracts, Contract archiving
• Resource management: on-boarding and off-boarding, screening, rights management
• Communication: newsletters, reporting, fun events coordination
• Education: training facilitation, mandatory training management, 
• Preparations and handling of internal & external audits
• Facilitating Client visits.
• Should have excellent MS Office skills like Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Analytical and structured
• Should have high level of English both verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of ISOW, R2D2, Clarity is a plus
