·         Practice Operations – ICA/ SOW/ Project Code Issues/Missing Time Follow up, Review Bench/ Offers/ Allocations/ Demand

·         Work on Monthly Forecasts/ Monthly Actuals Analysis/ Reversals/Annual Budgeting for Practices

·         Help practice achieve their budgeted KPIs – IDC, ARVE, Pyramid, Margins etc

·        Prepare Analysis decks/ presentations to Leadership/ Practice Management

·     Drive improvements Operationally to increase Savings in Practice

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Should be able to drive calls with stakeholders

·         Should be efficient in MS office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel

·         Collaboration: team building and participation

·         Should be able to work under stringent timelines
