Job Overview: Lead Business Architect (LBA)
Capgemini is seeking highly skilled, driven and collaborative Lead Business Architect (LBA) with excellent business architecture / business analyst skills, consulting experience and communications skills. You will be responsible for leading key business track activities and delivery of innovative business solutions during projects for top-tier customers driving Pegasystems PRPC projects.
The LBA facilitate the gathering and documentation of business requirements and leads design sessions (also known as DCO Sessions) while helping the business resources prepare for them.
The LBA has a strong understanding of the CRM domain, including but not limited to; Customer Service, Sales and Marketing.
The LBA manages and directs all the other Business Architects / Business Analysts as far as their tasks, priorities and also insures the quality of the artifacts being produced.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Insures that high expected standards around the level of detail captured for objectives and requirements are met in all business documents produced.
LBA’s help to insure the documented Use Cases adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements
LBA’s drive the accurate and thorough identification and documentation of business rules.
LBA’s assist with class structure design from the perspective of the business needs.
LBA’s design and configure rules and flows.
LBA’s analyze business data.
LBA’s assist with the draft UI and draft flow development as required.
LBA’s validate the business test scripts adequately test the application under various conditions
