- Experience with BPM implementation methodology like Iterative, Scrum
- Experience of playing customer facing role
- Experience with functional experience& knowledge on any domain (e.g. Telco, HC, Retail etc.)
- Knowledge of industry frameworks / solutions of any BPM suites
- 2 year full time MBA from a reputed B-school [tier I – III]
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Experience on requirements gathering and analysis using Pega 7/8x
- Experienced with Pega methodology
