The Role

Capgemini Financial Services requires an Pega  Business Analyst  to join our growing  Digital practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process modelling (BPMN 2.0), Data modelling, Decision modelling, Pegasystems PRPC, and Agile delivery.
  • Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile project implementation using Scrum delivery process frameworks.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate 
  • Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
  • A strong academic track record including the achievement of a good honours degree or equivalent in Computer sciences
  • Experience of working within the consulting industry
  • Experience of working within the Financial Services sector
  • Comfortable liaising with senior client personnel to establish and clarify requirements
  • Able to interpret business requirements and align this to the best use of the chosen technology solution
  • Excellent communication skills – interviewing, preparation and delivery of presentations and reports
  • Ability to proactively manage stakeholders constructively, challenge their suggestions and requirements in order to deliver pragmatic solutions
  • Comfortable in working in a diverse and multicultural environments

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Business Analysis experience
  • Certifications in Pega PRPC, Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) v7.2
  • Knowledge of web-based Systems Architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
  • Proven technical architecture knowledge and full development lifecycle experience
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of systems integration methods and technologies
  • Experience of Service, Application, Data and Infrastructure architecture
