Cap Gemini is looking for a Business Analyst for the Payments space at one our top tier financial clients.

Qualifications / Required Skills:

•    3 to 5 years of experience that includes responsibility to gather requirements for a given payments initiative 
•    Have experience with all lifecycle phases of the project / delivery cycle which encompasses idea generation, requirement analysis, and ensuring the relevant teams deliver the project on time
•    Intermediate level understanding of an area in Payments, these can correspond to banking and domestic cross border payment messaging

•     SWIFT or SEPA Faster Payments Experience 
•     Agile software delivery methodology 
•     Writing acceptance criteria 
•     Experience leading virtual teams with a need to influence and direct people without direct line management responsibility 
•     Experience organizing workshops focused on requirements gathering analysis and refinement

Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile Scrum frameworks
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of he team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel

Facilitating completing assignments without coercion or in a dictatorial like manner
