Job Description

• Must have strong hand on experience in PHP and Oracle RightNow Service Cloud 
• Should possess strong knowledge of scripting using JavaScript PHP AJAX CSS HTML 
• Should possess knowledge of Jenkins 
• Experienced in writing Custom Widgets Plugins 
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle RightNow cloud application 
• Design and Code implementation and Test based on client s requirements 
• Individual should be proactive self-driven
• Should be able to communicate effectively with teams and client users 
   

Primary Skills

• Experience in Oracle Service Cloud
• Hands on experience in PHP

Secondary Skills

• Exposure to Oracle RightNow tool
• Knowledge of jenkins
