• Detailed analysis of requirements/user stories assigned.
• Identifying risks in requirements and providing mitigation plans to customer.
• Working individually with the customer and multiple stakeholders.
• Involved in development covering General Admin, Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine, Document Designer and Integrations.
• Experienced in migrations and instance refresh activities between different CPQ Cloud environments
• Providing IT support to the BigMachines implementation, customization and support for resolving various issues.
• Yellow Belt/Blue Belt/Implementation Specialist certified.
