  •  Cloud Infratrstucture Services (CIS) provides client advisory and delivery services in Hybrid Cloud, Workplace Services, Security, Service Desk and Service Management.

 Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities: 

  •  Using the Group’s tools and frameworks the Project Risk Manager will support the Project Manager by driving the identification of delivery and delivered risks, issues and actions
  •  Drive the development of risk related project artefacts such as the RAID, Obligation, Risk and Controls Assessment (ORCA), HLRA
  •  Develop and improve methodologies and processes, whilst ensuring adherence to Enterprise methodologies and processes, such as the Project Execution Framework   methodology (PEFm) and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC)
  •  Promote and drive a strong risk and controls culture that optimises risk / reward ensures risk and compliance are a key consideration in key decisions and therefore, helps   achieve business objectives.
  •  Continually raise awareness and facilitate a strong compliance culture that embodies our ethics and integrity, balancing commercial and client needs.
  •  Comply with the Westpac governance processes to ensure stakeholders understand their role in delivery and that the required decision making and escalation processes are in   place to help achieve the required outcome.
  •  Actively participate in the Risk and Compliance Community of Practice, sharing challenges, insights and learnings

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:   

  • • Experience in working on large projects.
    • Knowledge of 1st line or 2nd line risk.
    • Business / operations / projects experience in a relevant area of the same or another financial services organisation.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deal with and present to Head of Risk and Business unit teams, will see you succeed in the role.
    • Demonstrable experience of influencing senior business leadership teams, strategic thinking and prioritisation.
