  • Provide polite and respectful responses to customer queries and issues in English.
  • Share correct product related material and information with the customer.
  • Build effective goodwill with the customer.

  • Adhere to the client’s SLA’s for the topics covered under online support domain.
  • Ensure timely adherence to the escalation matrix.
Secondary Skills
  • Interact directly with customers and end users of the client’s products.
  • Working closely with the digital & product teams.
