- Responsible for providing online support for queries received via client website/s and social media channels.
- Provide polite and respectful responses to customer queries and issues in English.
- Share correct product related material and information with the customer.
- Build effective goodwill with the customer.
- Adhere to the client’s SLA’s for the topics covered under online support domain.
- Ensure timely adherence to the escalation matrix.
- Interact directly with customers and end users of the client’s products.
- Working closely with the digital & product teams.
