Secondary Skill : OFFICE 365 Build and Admini
3 to 5 years of experience in managing and working on Office 365 environment.
Exchange online, SharePoint, One Drive for Business as key skillset.
Well versed with Office 365, Hybrid, Auto discover, Mail flow routing.
Knowledge and Experience in managing of Lync 2013, Administration and Configuring Lync 2013.
Handling daily administration of L2 and L3 support tickets and providing resolutions with the defined SLA period.
Raising changes and implementing them with proper RiskImpact analysis post gaining customers approval.
Perform Patching and Rollup upgrade Application of servers.
Handle escalations urgent requests received from customer.
Performing maintenance, monitoring of the Office 365 and Lync environment and taking necessary actions on remediations for issues identify.
Should be Proactive in identifying issues, challenges and recommends improvements to maintain good health of the Office 365 environment.
Should be experienced in handling large Office 365 environments.
Should be aware and well versed with the new changes ,features rolled out in Office 365. TestAnalyze and identify key feature and benefits to recommend them to customer.
ITIL Process knowledge is a mandate. Should be known to IPC process at least.
Should lead the team in absence of Team Lead. Should guide team members in enhancing Team members skills.
Ability to produce RCA for severity cases.
Excellent Communication oral and written.
Good customer handling skills and high priority tickets.
Flexible to work in Shifts.
