  • Our Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.

 

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:  

Essential:

  • At least 2+ years of experience working in OCI and overall 6-9 years of exp. Role can be converted into multi cloud mainly OCI and GCP

  • Design migration strategy to move both Oracle and non-Oracle workloads to OCI IaaS/PaaS

  • Must be well versed in OCI networking: VCN , subnets , security lists , NSG , All different gateways, routing , peering , on-prem connectivity , fastconnect  —>  IMP

  • Experience on Firewall management, NAT

  • Must be well versed with Git / Github

  • Candidate must be strong in Linux Administration, yum, kernel parameters, trouble shooting performance issues.

  • GCP Hands-on is added advantage. Role is for multi-cloud engagement.

  • Cloud Disaster Recovery Knowledge and understanding is must.

  • Provisioning infrastructure with Terraform / advanced knowledge in Terraform.

  • Must have automation experience using shell/ python/groovy etc.

  • Must have knowledge on SSL implementations, load balancers, traffic routing, path routing , SSL termination , working with CA certificates.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge/experience on other oracle products like Oracle Database, EBS, SOA, Siebel is added advantage.
  • Experience in Jenkins is required to handle day to day tasks.

  • CI/CD practices and principles.

  • Experience in OCI CLI.

  • Oracle Technology project implementation and/or production support experience

  • Working experience on OCI ExaCS service.

  • Working experience on various storage options available in OCI.

  • Good understanding of Backup and Restore processes of Boot & Block volume, File Storage, Mount Target and managing Custom image in OCI

  • Security posture management tools on OCI or any other tools.

  • Candidates must have excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills in order to work collaboratively with clients, build rapport and foster relationships.

  • Candidates with Oracle cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect professional certifications are preferred.
